CCENT 640-822 ICND1 Exam Info

The 640-822 Interconnecting Networking Devices Part 1 (ICND1) Cisco exam is associated with the Cisco Certified Entry Network Technician and is a first step in achieving the Cisco Certified Network Associate. This exam tests the knowledge and skills necessary to install, operate, and troubleshoot a small branch network of a candidate. The exam covers the basics of networking, connecting to a WAN, basic security and wireless concepts, routing and switching fundamentals, IP, IP routing, WAN technologies, operating and configuring IOS devices, OSI model TCP / configuration RIPv2, the application routing, NAT and DHCP and static by default, and configuring simple networks.
